A Program Built Around Real Recovery
Structure, community, and daily accountability — everything your loved one needs to build a life they're proud of.
How it works
Stability is the foundation of lasting sobriety.
At Palm Breeze Haven, our program is designed to bridge the gap between clinical treatment and independent living. We provide the structure, accountability, and peer support that make the difference between short-term sobriety and long-term recovery. Every element of daily life here is intentional — because we know that the environment shapes the outcome.

What we provide
Program services
Peer Support & House Meetings
Daily house meetings keep residents connected and accountable. Facilitated by our house manager, these gatherings are a space for honest conversation, shared encouragement, and community problem-solving.
12-Step & Recovery Meeting Support
Attendance at AA or NA meetings is a core requirement of our program. We help residents find local meetings, connect with sponsors, and build the recovery network that sustains sobriety long after they leave.
Life Skills & Employment Support
We help residents rebuild practical independence — from budgeting and cooking to job searching and interview preparation. Our goal is for every resident to leave more capable and confident than when they arrived.
Family Communication
We believe family involvement — when healthy — strengthens recovery. Our team maintains open, regular communication with families, providing updates and guidance throughout the residency.
Case Management Coordination
We work alongside outpatient programs, therapists, and probation officers to ensure each resident's recovery plan is cohesive and supported from every angle.
Safe, Drug-Free Environment
Random drug and alcohol testing is conducted regularly. Our zero-tolerance policy is enforced with compassion — we take it seriously because our residents' safety depends on it.
“The structure isn't the restriction. It's the relief.”
Shared agreements
