The welcoming entrance of Palm Breeze Haven

Starting Is the Hardest Part. We Make It Simple.

Our admissions process is designed to be clear, compassionate, and free of unnecessary hurdles — because your family has already been through enough.

How to get started

A straightforward path to a safe place.

We know that reaching out for help takes courage. From the moment you contact us, our team walks alongside you — answering every question, explaining every step, and making sure you never feel alone in this process. Most families complete intake within 24–48 hours of first contact.

The process

Four simple steps

01

Reach Out

Call or fill out our contact form. A member of our team — not an automated system — will respond within a few hours. This first conversation is completely confidential and carries no obligation.

02

Initial Assessment

We'll have a brief phone conversation to understand your loved one's situation, history, and needs. This helps us confirm that Palm Breeze Haven is the right fit and answer your most pressing questions.

03

Review & Agreement

We'll walk you through our residency agreement, house rules, and program expectations. Everything is explained clearly — no fine print, no surprises. We want your loved one to arrive knowing exactly what to expect.

04

Move-In Day

On move-in day, we welcome your loved one warmly, introduce them to the house and their housemates, and help them settle in. Families are welcome to be part of this day.

You don't have to have everything figured out. You just have to make the call.

Costs

Fees & financial assistance

We believe cost should never be the reason someone doesn't get help. Our monthly fees are competitive with the Riverside County market, and we work with families to find solutions when finances are a barrier.

Monthly rent

Competitive with Riverside County market rates — contact us for current availability and pricing.

Move-in deposit

One month's rent, refundable upon successful completion of residency terms.

Insurance

We do not bill insurance directly, but we can provide documentation to support out-of-network reimbursement claims.

Financial assistance

We maintain relationships with local nonprofits and scholarship programs. Ask our team — we'll help you explore every option.

Beds available now

Current availability

Bed availability changes frequently. The best way to check is to call or message us directly — we'll give you an honest, up-to-date answer and, if we're full, help connect you with other trusted resources in Riverside County.
